Cancellation Policy
Check-in and arrival at the accommodation is from 16.00h. And ends at 21.00h. If you are planing to make a late check-in please send us an email.
Check-out will be at 11.00
Extra bed € 35.00 per night.
Baby Cots € 10.00 per night.
The establishment will charge the 30% of the stay for the reservation.
In case of cancellation the advance amount will not be paid. If you cancel the reservation 7 days before your arrival the establishment reserves the right to charge a charge of 50% of the total.
The accommodation reserves the right to charge extra charges or expenses for extreme dirt, damage or theft. And it is obligatory to leave the room in the same conditions as they are delivered.
IN THE EVENT OF MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION, THE RESORT WILL NOT REFUND 30% of the stay.
If you cancel or modify the reservation 7 days before arrival the establishment reserves the right to charge 50% of your entire stay.
The vouchers and gift vouchers do not allow modification or cancellation of the reservation.
In case of NO SHOW and that you are not present at the establishment on the day of your reservation we will charge the full amount of your reserved stay.
The town houses are available for long term rentals.
Consult us for other cancellation policies according to room and season.

Animals are not permitted.

No pets.
Visits from abroad are not allowed without prior authorization and registration in any of our accommodations. Each accommodation is exclusively for the number of people reserved, not being allowed to hold meetings, parties, celebrations, etc...
BY CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION, YOU ARE CONFIRMING A ROOM CATEGORY AND NOT A SPECIFIC ROOM. HOWEVER, AND AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, WE WILL ATTEND TO YOUR PREFERENCE, ALTHOUGH WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE IT
Failure to comply with these rules will be cause for cancellation of the reservation without being entitled to a refund of the amount thereof.
